State Board for Licensing Oversight: State of Connecticut’s Department of Public Health is the licensing body for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) in Connecticut.
State Board Complaints: You have the right to file a complaint which can be found at DPH’s website and a form is required to be mailed, emailed, or faxed to DPH. Their contact information is available on the website link above or the form itself.
Massachusetts Clients

State Board for Licensing Oversight: Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions is the licensing body for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
State Board Complaints: You have the right to file a complaint which can be found at board’s website where there are detailed instructions. You will be required to complete an online form and LMHC licenses can be found under “General Complaint.”
Pennsylvania Clients

Texas Clients
